Terms of Service

Welcome to JovianeX Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our corporate websites, API endpoints, and cloud ecosystem platforms.

1. License & Access

We grant enterprise clients a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to query our predictive endpoints, subject to the transaction volumes defined in your legal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

2. Acceptable Interface Use

Users agree not to attempt to extract training weights, probe endpoints for security weaknesses, or reverse engineer route-optimization calculations.

3. SLA & Termination

System performance guarantees and uptime calculations are defined exclusively in our written service contracts. Violating data integrity rules triggers automatic access lockouts.
